downloaded all the files but can’t load the video … how do I do ? thanks in advance

It is recommended to use PotPlayer to play videos if you are using Windows operating system.
I downloaded the 3 parts, but the video won’t load even with PotPlayer … It says the file does exist but doesn’t have a video … Tho I have the MP4 file. Can we contact each other via email please ? i need help.
